A Call to heed St. La Salle's Invitation

I would like to present the official Centennial Logo as approved by the Centennial Committee. The official style guide was distributed to all school heads and their respective Marketing and Communication Offices, to DLSP, DLSAA and LSGHAA early this month. We encourage you to share the style guide to the different offices in your institution to ensure consistent application and exact specifications. This will ensure quick recognition and reinforce public awareness of the Logo marking the centennial celebration of Lasallian presence in the Philippines.

The Centennial logo uses the sculpture that stands on the One Mission Park at De La Salle Canlubang. The sculpture created by Mr. Toym de Leon Imao is located beside the football field. Titled the “Majestic St. La Salle”, it faces slightly east and beckons to the children – as if beckoning to every student who enters the main gate. With St. La Salle is a boy carrying his sister on his back, also calling on other children to heed St. La Salle’s call.

Fraternally,

Br. Edmundo Fernandez FSC
